Mr Bill Ryan – Non Executive Chairman – M.E,  FAusIMM, FAICD

Bill is a chemical engineer with over 40 years resource and investment experience in corporate and management roles throughout Australia, South America and Africa. Bill is a mining industry veteran who has held chairman and directorship roles in several successful ASX listed resource companies and has also been the President of the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies, a councillor of the WA Chamber of Minerals and Energy and a founding member of the Australian Gold Council.

  

Mr Rick Crabb – Non Executive Director – Bjuris (Hons), LLB, MBA

Rick practiced as a solicitor from 1980 to 2004 specialising in mining, corporate and commercial law. He has advised on all legal aspects including financing, marketing, government agreements and construction contracts for many resource development projects in Australia and Africa. Rick now focuses on his public company directorships and investments. He is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Ashburton Minerals Limited, as well as being a director on a number of other resource companies. Rick brings valuable legal, commercial and resource experience and expertise to the Board.

 

Mr John Pemberton – Director – BSc Hons, MSc

John is a geologist with 39 years experience working in the private and public sector as a geologist. John has spent the last 32 years working in Tasmania exploring for base metals, tin and tungsten, coal and gold. In the public sector John managed exploration work approvals, rehabilitation projects, regional geological mapping projects and a review into tenement management. This experience in public and private work in Tasmania has given John an understanding of the geology and the government processes involved in managing exploration tenements. John is a member of the Tasmanian Minerals Council.

 

Ms Melanie Leydin – Non Executive Director & Company Secretary – B Bus, CA

Melanie is a Chartered Accountant and Registered Auditor with over 19 years experience. As the Principal of Leydin Fryer, Melanie provides audit and outsourced company secretarial and accounting services to public companies in the resource sector. This involves preparation of statutory financial statements, annual reports, half year reports, stock exchange announcements and quarterly ASX reporting and other statutory requirements. Melanie is a non-executive director of a listed oil company and the Chief Financial Officer and/or Company Secretary for nine listed resource and energy companies.
